Replacement of the control system under the task: Retrofit of Ash Handling Control System Installed at ŻERAŃ CHP Plant
A value of work and deliveries completed: PLN 0.46 million (€ 0.11 million)
In the period from July 2016 till Dec. 2016, under the purchase order of Elektro-Automatyka, Volen S.A. participated in execution of work involving replacement of the control system under the task: "Retrofit of Ash Handling Control System Installed at ŻERAŃ CHP Plant".
Under that task, our company executed the following scope of work:
- preparation of technical documentation (detailed design and as-built design) for the entire scope of the task
- delivery and installation of hardware (servers, operator stations, network infrastructure) for the delivered control and monitoring system together with necessary software licenses
- application of ASIX software-based control and monitoring system
- adaptation of SIMATIC S7-400 controllers application to needs of the new control and monitoring system
- configuration of the plant's network in line with requirements of Investor's IT safety manual
- delivery and start-up of database system for operation of an industrial scales
- pre-commissioning, tuning/optimization and final commissioning of the control and monitoring system
- start-up of a website to monitor the entire ash handling system operation
- configuration of the access to a database of the plant's network and PI system in line with requirements of Investor's IT safety manual
