In the period from Sept. 2011 till Jan. 2014, under the purchase order of SKANSKA S.A., Volen S.A. participated in - execution of electrical and I&C work under the task "Extension of Wastewater Treatment Plant in Skawina"

Our company performed work on the "turnkey" basis, including e.g. the following:

• delivery, installation and start-up of the main switchgear with the ATS (Automatic Transfer System)
• delivery, installation and start-up of field LV switchgears
• delivery, installation and start-up of capacitor banks
• delivery, installation and start-up of the electricity metering/billing system
• delivery, installation and start-up of control cabinets with SIEMENS ET200S controllers
• software for ET200S type PLCs and operator panels manufactured by SIEMENS
• development of software for SCADA for visualization of wastewater treatment plant operation in SIEMENS SIMATIC WinCC
• delivery and installation of cable routes (cable ladders and trays)
• delivery and installation of control cables and LV power supply cables
• delivery of general-purpose systems (lighting and socket systems), equipotential bonding and lightning protection systems,
• execution of telecom system conduits on site and installation of fibre optic cables
• delivery, installation and start-up of I&C equipment manufactured by Endress+Hauser
• full-scope acceptance testing and preparation of quality and as-built documentation for projects executed
