Ziemowit Coal Mine

A value of work and deliveries completed: PLN 1.79 million (€ 0.42 million)

In the period from March 2012 till Nov. 2013, under the purchase order of LINTER S.A., Volen S.A. participated in - execution of works under the project task entitled: "Alteration of Pre-Classification System in Preparation Plant I - preliminary classifying of 0-22mm pulverized coal in Ziemowit Coal Mine".

Under that task, our company executed the following scope of work:

• the plant monitoring system, together with delivery, configuration and start-up of IP digital cameras - stationary and rotating ones, hardware platform with NMS software, visualization for two dispatch stations, control cabinet for monitoring with recording of images from cameras, with a set of supply and fibre optic cables
• power supply and control system with delivery and installation of cables
• delivery, installation and start-up of a set of sensors for the following equipment: a chute and transfer dampers, two-sieve classifiers, belt conveyors and equipment for continuous monitoring of the coal quality type Alfa-06/03E
• delivery, installation and start-up of LV 500V switchgear type SIVACON S8 manufactured by SIEMENS
• delivery, installation, development of software and start-up of a complete control system for the process line based on GE Fanuc Rx3i controller operating in full redundancy of central units – HSR system with distributed I/Os
• delivery, installation and start-up of a set of local control boxes and two equipment remote control stations,
• delivery, installation, development of software and start-up of the SCADA process visualization system for two dispatch stations based on Wonderware Archestra system platform consisting of programmable components: Historian, Application Server, InTouch 2012.
